Session Options That Fit Your Healing Pace
All sessions are private-pay. This allows us to work without insurance restrictions, so your treatment is confidential, personalized, and guided entirely by what your nervous system needs and not by an external checklist.
Standard Sessions
75-Minute Intake — $300
A longer first session to understand your history, map your nervous system, and begin grounding. You'll leave feeling clearer, more anchored, and not overwhelmed.
60-Minute Session — $220
For ongoing trauma processing, emotional regulation work, EMDR, or integration support.
Extended Processing (EMDR + KAP Sessions)
90–120 Minute Intensive Session — $440
Designed for deeper trauma processing with enough time for pacing, grounding, and a clear, regulated close.
These sessions allow us to work more intentionally with complex targets, parts, or body-based responses without rushing your nervous system.
Available for established clients when extended time supports safety and integration.
EMDR Intensives
Half Day Intensive (3.5 hours) — $1100
A structured intensive format that includes intentional pacing and a short break to support sustained processing without overwhelm.
Best suited for focused trauma targets that benefit from continuity while still allowing space for regulation and closure.
One Day Intensive (5 hours) — $1500
A full-day intensive designed for clients seeking concentrated trauma work with built-in breaks and an extended closing period.
This format includes structured pacing and an integration plan so you leave grounded, oriented, and supported rather than emotionally flooded.
Ideal for out-of-town or fly-in clients or those wanting to make meaningful progress in a single day.
Weekend Intensive (2 X 5 hours) — $3000
A two-day intensive designed for complex or layered trauma that requires depth, continuity, and careful containment across sessions.
This format allows for meaningful processing on day one, followed by stabilization, integration, and continued work on day two.
Structured pacing, breaks, and integration planning are prioritized so changes have time to settle rather than overwhelm the system.
We’ll decide together what rhythm supports your nervous system best — weekly, biweekly, or intensive.
